CCRC has a reputation throughout the Community of ethical, appropriate, and cost effective care. Our friendly staff is committed to being available to assist you with all the paperwork and understanding of how your insurance benefits and claims process works for you.

Each patient is treated by a licensed Physical Therapist and/or Licensed Therapist Asst to keep with a consistent and personalized approach. We will be in constant communication with your physician regarding your status. Every 30 days, there will be a re-evaluation visit and a progress report will be available to your physician.
