Meet Our Staff
Tracey Laureles, PT
Tracey has been a Physical Therapist for 19 years and trained in the UK at the University of Teesside. She moved to the US in 1995 as a traveling PT and has been here ever since. Tracey and her husband moved to this area in 1996 and opened CCRC in 1999 as a small outpatient clinic with a vision to deliver one-on-one patient care with clinical excellence. CCRC has now been open for 11 years and has grown to two locations serving the Hope Mills and Fayetteville areas with ongoing passion for quality care.
Tracey loves God, life, her family and has a passion for making the quality of life for herself and those around her better through service at work, church, home and in the community.
Jennifer Hamilton, DPT
Jen attended the University of Pittsburgh where she received her Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Science followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2007. She has experience in many aspects of physical therapy, including orthopedics, sports medicine, home health, long term acute care, wound care, and pediatrics.
Prior to joining the CCRC team in 2007, Jen completed internships at UPMC Center for Sports Medicine, Childrens' Hospital of Pittsburgh, and Highsmith-Rainey Memorial Hospital here in Fayetteville. Jen is certified through WorkWell to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and is a certified Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She has been a member of the APTA since 2004. She enjoys working with local high school students and athletes.
Lauren Langstone, DPT
Lauren was born and raised in Leonardtown, Maryland and has 1 older sister. Lauren attended Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While attending college, she played on the women's soccer team. She graduated in May of 2010 and moved to the Fayetteville area.
Lauren was recently married in December 2010 and enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family and friends.
Shannon Easingwood, PTA, CKTP
Shannon Easingwood graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant from FTCC in 1990. Upon graduation she went to work at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC and then continued her growth working at Sub-acute Rehab settings, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Home Health.
Shannon became part of the staff at CCRC Physical Therapy in 2000. She enjoys the orthopedic setting and being part of a team that believes in the highest quality of care. Her clinical interests include Manual therapy, Kinesio taping, Sports Medicine, Mckenzie Method, and Balance and Core strengthening. Shannon is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.
Shannon has a love of teaching and uses this everyday while working with patients. She believes education is the key to healing quickly and preventing further injury. Shannon has completed continuing education courses through Great Lakes Seminars, Kinesio Taping Association, Myofascial Release Seminars, and the McKenzie Institute. She is an active member of the APTA and NCPTA. Shannon has received recognition from the APTA for Advanced Clinical Proficiency.
Shannon enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their 2 children. She enjoys spending time at the beach, being an active member of her Church, and watching Pittsburgh Steelers Football.
Crystal Morris, PTA
We are pleased to announce that Crystal Morris is NCPTA's 2011 Outstanding PTA. We are so proud of Crystal and all of her outstanding accomplishments. We are especially proud that she is a part of our team.
Crystal was born in Oregon, living in various states along the west coast before settling to the Fayetteville area in 1991 as a teenager when her father transferred to Pope AFB.
Crystal is a 2003 Graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College with an AAS, Physical Therapist Assistant. Upon graduation she went to work in acute care before joining CCRC in 2004. Crystal has concentrated her continuing education course work in orthopaedic, sports medicine classes/labs as well as the McKenzie method.
Crystal has been actively involved in the APTA/NCPTA since she was a student, and is currently the PTA Caucus Representative for NC, as well as serving as Vice-Chair of the NC- PTA Special Interest Group. Crystal received recognition from the APTA for Advanced Clinical Proficiency.
Crystal enjoys spending her free time with her husband and traveling the southeast with her daughter to dance competitions.
Kyle Sherrill, LAT, ATC
Kyle graduated from Methodist University with his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He also minored in Physical Education and Strength and Conditioning. He currently serves as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Fayetteville FireAntz Hockey and the Fayetteville Force Indoor Football Teams. He was a member of the medical staff for the FireAntz, SPHL championship season (2006-07), as well as the Fayetteville Guard, NIFL Championship season (2007).
Along with his passion of working with professional athletes, Kyle also enjoys working with youth baseball players focusing on throwing mechanics as well as post op ACL rehab. Kyle has been a member of the NATA since 2005. Kyle enjoys using his knowledge to educate the community in sports medicine.
Iain Langstone
Iain was born in Evesham, England, and has one brother, Paul. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with emphasis on Education and Coaching. He is currently pursuing NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Personal Trainer) certification.
Soccer is one of Iain's passions. He played soccer for four years in college, coached soccer and currently coaches the Fayetteville Soccer Club Force U14 Boys.
Iain lives in Hope Mills with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, Aston.
